What happens next
Setting up your club takes about an evening. There are five steps. Here's exactly what each one asks for.
At a glance
Name and colour, your venue, how you get paid, an invite link, your house rules. Nothing to import from anywhere else.
1
Brand your club
Enter your club's name. Add a logo if you have one — this is optional. Pick a colour: free clubs use Clubbie green; a different colour needs Club Plus.
2
Add your first location
Enter your venue's name and address, and add a photo if you have one. This opens directions in Maps when a player taps it. You can add more venues any time, and there's no limit on the free plan.
3
Getting paid
Choose which payment methods you take and add your Revolut handle. Set how many days players get to pay before a reminder goes out automatically. Cash and Revolut have no fee. Card payments carry a small fee.
4
Invite players
You get a link. Copy it or share it straight into your group chat. Choose whether new joiners need your approval or can join straight away.
5
House rules
A few starter lines are there for you to edit. Change them to whatever your club actually needs. Tap "Create my club" when you're done.
What happens next
Your club is live. Three things to do:
- Post your first session.
- Share your invite link — the one from step 4.
- Welcome players as they join.
